Buffalo Sauce for Pizza

Start with about 16 oz of a dollar store, generic “buffalo sauce” or make your own (11oz of hot sauce, 5 oz of butter, 1 tsp onion powder and 1 tsp garlic powder)
Warm in a pot, adding;

2 tsp of worcestershire (or A1 steak sauce)
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of cayenne
add butter to reduce the heat if it’s too spicy
add cayenne powder or a good hot sauce to increase heat

Warm the mixture just enough to melt the butter and whisk in the other ingredients. Rebottle and keep in the fridge.

We use maybe 6 oz on the 16in pies, so I lean towards a hotter sauce and add hot sauce from a bottle, and sometimes a little habanero sauce.
